QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min: 7 years maintenance management experience in chemical or related industry) or Btech / NHD in Mechanical Engineering with Government Certificate and 10 years Maintenance management experience. Have a track record in managing GMR(2) appointee activities. Demonstrate effective engineering maintenance and project management skills. Develop an effective network of suppliers and contractors for both sites. Goals orientated person who is capable to introduce process improvements and has capability to coach others. Must have Scada / PLC troubleshooting knowledge. Good communication, report writing and computer skills OTHER REQUIREMENTS Prepared to travel to KZN site. After-hours callout maybe required as part of the role.
