Our company seeks a Team leader to plan and directs the day-to-day operations of truck fitting bay.Develop new strategies to improve customer service, drive truck Tyre sales and increase profitability.Key Responsibilities  Exceptions and Escalations: Manage escalated client queries and resolve to client satisfaction.Pangolin : Ensure correct paperwork is received once vehicle is done, make sure invoices are to be completed in full before the vehicle leaves the premises.Housekeeping / H&S:  Ensure adherence to safety and clean SOP's and ensure PPE is used correctly .Attitude :  Maintain our company Culture and Morale RequirementsMechanical & Tyre Product experience.MatricTo perform the job successfullyWork extended hours during the week and Saturdays.Clear Crime check record.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram form.
