Job Title: Office and Human Resources Administrator Location: 98 C.J Langenhoven Street, George, Western Cape Start date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all filing and record-keeping processes. Developing, maintaining, and overseeing all HR administrative functions, including but not limited to on-boarding documentation, employee contracts, employee leave and workplace policies. Planning and overseeing employee training. Overseeing and coordinating the processing of IOD cases at Rand Mutual Assurance and ensuring adherence with COIDA. Handling disciplinary procedures, disputes, and grievances. Liaising with the Labour Consultant when required. Representing Engen in CCMA cases and in MIBCO DRC meetings. Acting as Employment Equity Manager, including facilitating quarterly meetings and ensuring adherence with the Employment Equity Act. Ensuring compliance with MIBCO regulations. Administering and overseeing MIBCO deductions and reconcile with monthly returns. Executing tasks as required by the Managing Director. Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Position Requirements: Minimum: National Senior Certificate or equivalent Minimum: 5 to 6 years work experience in an office administration, HR, personal assistant, bookkeeper or similar position. Preferable: Tertiary qualification in HR or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with retail operations and / or take away food industry experience is advantageous. Knowledge and experience with Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) regulations and employee relations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
