Sales / Marketing Individuals are responsible for coming up with innovative, creative methods to market company products and services to boost sales. Responsibilities: This person has the responsibility of interacting with potential and existing customers, using persuasive language to promote the business, the products and services offered. This individual would contact these customers via email, social media, telephone and/or face to face, building long term relationships with them in the process. They would arrange meetings at businesses or public areas with potential customers to promote the products offered. The sales/marketing manager is responsible for providing expertise that would allow the business to achieve its objectives. Developing short term and long term strategic plans to engage new and existing customers, providing business opportunities. This individual assesses the both internal and external elements (including customer satisfaction and environmental innovations) affecting the business.
