CORE PURPOSE OF JOBPro-active HR service excellence, in solution and support, delivered to all relevant stakeholders to enable the achievement of stakeholder strategic objectivesKEY PERFORMANCE AREASBuild and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders as an HR Service Partner to ensure an effective HR support service to designated areas of responsibility.Facilitate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a diversified work force is timely sourced in and, organised and comprehensive procedure is followed.Provide overall HR support and advice to line managers and employees.Drive and support conceptualisation and implementation of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development strategiesEnsure implementation of HR policies and procedures.Provide a first line Employment Relations and Wellness service to line managersSupport the implementation of human resources projects in support of HR strategic objectivesPerform all the HR-related administrative tasks within the scope of this jobMaintain and enhance fit for the delivery organisation and people resourcesCORE COMPETENCIESTechnical/professional HR knowledge and skill.Tech-savvy or ability to embrace HR TechnologiesClient service orientationPlanning and organising skillsSound analytical and implementation skillsConfidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills & interpersonal skillsChange ManagementStrategically partner to DepartmentFlexibilityCritical thinkingProject managementInnovativeREQUIREMENTSA relevant Degree or Diploma (NQF 6) Degree in Human Resource or Industrial Psychology.3 to 5 years of experience in an HR environment, of which 3 years must be at an HR Consultant level.
