We are looking to hire full-time or part-time, Licensed Veterinarian Technicians to support our growing, privately-owned, small animal practice. Our technicians play an integral role in providing excellent care to our clients as well as serving as major communicators for our hospital. Our ideal candidate for this role has outstanding customer service skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and has a strong desire to be a part of a team. We are looking for someone who can manage a day full of surprises without batting an eye! Position: Licensed Veterinarian Technician Compensation: $20 - $30+ depending on experience Requirements: 1 year minimum preferred of previous experience as a veterinarian technician or similar role Familiarity with the veterinary field Excellent customer service and communication skills Graduate of AVMA accredited program Schedule: Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 6:30pm and Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm (split into two shifts, closed Saturday and Sunday) 6 federal holidays off Responsibilities: Assisting doctors with examinations Working closely with other technicians Communicating with clients regarding treatment plans Preparation and maintenance of medical records Promoting quality client-to-practice relationships Cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of veterinary equipment Preparing prescription medications Payment processing Cleanliness and appearance of practice waiting areas Benefits: We offer robust competitive employee benefits, such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a wellness program, 6 paid holidays, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
