Client Services Assistant
Iconography Ltd
South Africa, George
We’re looking for an awesome person to join our team in South Somerset and work with our clients. If you’re great with people and enjoy building and developing strong client relationships, we've got just the job for you! There's an exciting new opening for a Client Services Assistant in our thriving studio. Iconography is an omnichannel agency; for over 20 years, we've been building the websites you use to shop for the businesses you love. Our small, friendly team works in a barn, surrounded by countryside. We're looking for someone who'll fit right into our brand new office (and it won't hurt if you know your way around a pool table). You'll need to be friendly, cheerful and keen to learn new things. We might spend our days editing websites, but this is not a technical role; we've built a system that's dead easy to use! Responsibilities... Act as a first responder for incoming queries Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client portfolio Provide training and support to clients on our platform as needed Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure customer retention Identify and encourage opportunities for growth in conjunction with Business Development Communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders Ensure solutions are delivered in a timely and successful fashion Deal with urgent requests and queries as needed You’ll need to be willing to spend your days talking directly with business owners, designers and developers. Iconography specialise in building successful eCommerce websites for our clients and provide excellent customer service. That means you'd be working closely with our developers to support our clients and focus on providing solutions that they really need. Day to day, you'll be speaking directly with business owners across the country. It'll be your job to really get to know them, how they tick and what their businesses need. Because of the importance we place on a good relationship with our clients, you'll have a group of clients who are yours. You'll be completely responsible for them and their websites. That means you have the opportunity to make a real difference to every client you work with. So, whether you're keeping a project to time, showing someone how to use a website, or talking about some new features, you'll find plenty to keep you busy. Skills and competencies A passion for eCommerce and a genuine desire to help clients succeed Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence effectively Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid experience with ICT, especially Microsoft packages and CRM software Previous experience in managing websites is beneficial, but not essential Willingness to learn and use own initiative No two days are the same at Iconography. One day you could be taking exciting web briefs to pass to our designers, the next you could be assisting our clients with the day to day challenges they face with maintaining their websites and marketing their business. You are exactly what we're looking for! When it comes down to it, we only really need you to be able to answer two questions: Can you talk to people? You're going to spend most of your day speaking to people, by phone, email or sometimes in person. You've got to be able to explain complicated topics simply, understand questions and be friendly. Are you willing to learn? If we know anything, it's that no one knows everything. Previous experience is great, but so long as you're willing and able to learn new things, we know we can teach you what you need to know. If you want to make the most out of this fantastic opportunity, just send us your CV. If you want to send us a little note to tell us a little more about you, all the better! #J-18808-Ljbffr
