(Link to grad scheme on Asda page)Free city centre parking – you can also use it outside working hoursPlus much more!“That’s more like it”“Find your role”The Customer Insight team exists to understand how our customers think, feel and behave, providing business critical insights using qualitative and quantitative research and analytics to provide clear direction and understanding of our delivery against the customer and brand strategy.The Customer Insight team are:Customer champions: we know who our customers are, understand their needs and motivations, and make sure the business does tooResearch experts: our knowledge, expertise and outputs are best in classStrategy drivers: we land compelling, story-led insight that makes a difference to the customer and brand strategy and our resulting business performanceAlongside our strategic customer research projects, we track the performance of our brand, communications and proposition, working with leading agency partners to understand what our customers see, think and feel about Asda and the grocery marketIn this role:You will act as the voice of the customer; to support the business with insight to make strategic decisions You will be the day-to-day lead on our Competitor Benchmarking and Brand and Comms quantitative tracking studies – managing our three agency partners to ensure high quality outputs are delivered on time and to budgetYou will manage regular monthly and quarterly performance reporting, working collaboratively to join up our sources to provide a clear and compelling narrative on our customer measurementYou will support the Customer Insight Managers to run regular campaign and proposition deep dives – partnering the Campaign and Proposition team to understand customer and business objectives; translating these into insight briefs and managing our agency partners to execute fieldwork, analysis and reportingYou will oversee quarterly questionnaire development, proactively working to ensure the measurement we have in place reflects the priorities of our customers, stakeholders and the customer and brand strategy You will work collaboratively across the team and wider function to ensure all outputs are story led and support the business in understanding what our customers think of our brand, communications and proposition This role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, alongside a supportive team focused on continuous improvement, providing opportunities for learning and development tailored to a career in Customer Insight "Let's find out about you"We're looking for someone who:Has a good knowledge and experience of quantitative research expertise either agency or client side, with experience managing ongoing tracking programmesHas experience in brand/comms tracking and measurement, and a strong understanding of marketing communications.
