We constantly strive to provide great and safe care for our patients. Preference will be given to applicants with Pre Assessment Unit experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop patient's surgical anaesthetic assessment skills. You will be expected to run Nurse led pre assessment clinic to assess the patients for elective procedures. We offer the best training and development programme for our staff. Main duties of the job To be responsible for the individualised care of clients on their elective surgical pathway. To provide and maintaining a high standard of nursing practice whilst co-ordinating and liaising with other staff, in line with Trust and CQC standards To assist with support and supervision of students and junior members of the team To supervise and co-ordinate other staff as appropriate and take charge of own pre-assessment clinic. To  demonstrate leadership and deputise in the absence of the Senior sister/ Charge Nurse. Working for our organisationWe provide care for the residents of three diverse London boroughs.
