The HV Field Technician will be providing field service as well as commissioning support for HV systems and installations. Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent skillMinimum 2-3 years work experience in same or similar roleExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong IT proficiency Key Performances: HV field commissioningConduct site visitations in order to ensure that HV installations are completed in accordance with specified instructions.Ensure that customers of the HV systems are pleased with the quality of the installationEnsure that companys interests and warranty conditions are fulfilled in the installation.Configure PCS/inverter units with regards to recommended battery settings as specified by the Engineering team.Set up remote monitoring as well as communications units for battery telemetry monitoring and management networks. HV field supportEnsure customers that have HV system are serviced when they experience a fault.Conduct fault finding as well as repair procedure either on site for faulty units or at the lab.Provided concise and detailed feedback with regards to HV faults as well as resolution timeframes. Product testing and verificationProvide constructive feedback on HV systems still in development in-house in order to ensure continuously improving products.Complete a staging report that can be shared with a given customer about the status of a specific product as an extension of QC.
