JOB PURPOSEThe Sales relationship manager is responsible for managing and maintaining current business relationships and seeking new accounts through sales, marketing, and referrals. The Sales Relationship manager reviews the existing accounts of clients, studies trends, and analyzes the competition. The Sales Relationship Managers analyzes the companys communication strategy, negotiations and contracts to identify trends that can improve organizational procedures. The role is also responsible for the brand identification and management. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESJob related activities include, but are not limited to:Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals.Sourcing potential new customers, focussing on retail and corporate clients.Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.Educate and inform clients about the companys products, services, and special offers.Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.Oversee customer relationship management system.Networking with potential business partners and clients.Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives, and shareholders.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Keeping abreast of market trends and competition performance in the market.Develop and maintain the brand identification and placement within the marketplace.Ensure that the company has a world-class online presence and leverages social media to grow the business.Encourage high-sales and good customer service practices.Help promote and maintain a positive company image.Ensure personal productivity and performance meets required standards.Ad hoc duties. WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONSThe candidate must be able to word industrial, construction and corporate offices.The Candidate must be medically fit and mobileREQUIREMENTSThe requirements and qualifications for this position include:Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.Proven work experience in customer relations and commercial sales.Experience managing a high-performance sales team.An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales.Availability to travel as needed.Excellent mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to be a team player.Be willing to work overtime when required.Honest and reliable.Has good leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal
