Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assist sales staff in the achievement of their sales and growth targetsEnsure achievement GP marginIncreased turnover of existing CustomersIncreased turnover from new businessIncreased turnover from new product salesEnsure new business is targeted, dormant accounts reactivated and increased product sales to existing customersManage the frequency and cost effectiveness of the call cycles of sales representativesManage a structured sales process to ensure quality of callingTracking of the usage of the tools provided to Sales Reps in trainingTracking of segmentation of high priority and low priority customersBuild trust and confidence of Customers through reliable and consistent serviceIncrease usage of Online/AppResolve complaints and queries effectivelyMonitor turnaround of Customers factory lead times and expectations where requiredDetermine and manage the Customers expectations regarding stock and deliveryEnsure sales staff adhere to planned visits and understand the needs and objectives of all customers.Establish and build Customer relationships and take personal ownership of resolving complaints.Manage head counts within agreed budgetsAchieve Employment Equity targetsMaintain effective leave planning and absenteeism managementFacilitate training and development interventionsReview performance in discussion with employees, agree ratings and set goals for new period.Continuously communicate and provide constructive feedback and coaching to employeesTake disciplinary action where required.Develop expert product knowledge in the rangeDesired Experience & QualificationQualifications and work experienceGrade 12Post matric qualification preferably in Sales/Marketing5 years Sales management Experience (PPE, Cleaning and Paper exerience is advantageous)MUST be African FemaleSkills and AttributesGood Communication SkillsStrong operational skills in a sales environmentLeadership and Coaching skillsAbility to build trust and customer loyaltyPlanning and organisational skillsProblem solving skillsUnderstanding of sales cycle and key account managementSound knowledge of the PPE, Cleaning and Paper.Product knowledge of PPE, Cleaning and Paper products.Good business acumen (i.e. numeracy skills, generation of profit and loss, cash flow, margin)
