Grade 12 and Diploma in Logistics/Fleet Management/Supply Chain.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience managing a team of at least 40 people in an FMCG/Milling distribution centre.Fleet utilisation, fuel usage and consumption and planning loads in a cost-effective way.Management and reconciliation of Diesel Usage and Calculation.Manage Traffic Fines and recover cost from responsible parties.Manage E-Toll / Bankfin Reconciliations.Working with Electronic Reports from outside suppliers.Briefing and debriefing of drivers.Co-ordinate and management tracker and control systems.Manage and ensure extended life of trucks.
