Requirements:Grade 12Responsibilities:Check own shelves and ensure that all are stocked accordingly with correct itemsAssemble orders according to the picking slip receivedCheck labels, dated sheets, damages and description of itemsContinuously stock shelf when gaps develop after items have been pickedUnpack open stockCheck for missing items, short dated, queries on invoices to the supervisorAssist in assembling urgent calling orders.Participate in weekly/annual stock takeLiaise with checkers on adjustments to ordersPerform routine housekeeping in allocated aislePerform general work such as filling bottles, sorting boxes, cleaning as and when requiredItems stored according to SOP and requirements. Stock checks are performed dailyEnsure that all applicable items are picked, report any unavailable items, shortages immediatelyEnsure these all correspond to invoices at all timesShelves are to be adequately stocked at all times, stock is rotated dailyNo stock is left unattendedUrgent orders are addressed as priority as per supervisor instructionAs and when required, stock levels are accurate for allocated areaArea is kept clean, tidy and dirt freePlease consider your application unsuccessful should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying.
