Responsibilities: ESKOM communication and contracts Power failure analysis and strategies Electrical Energy saving projects Fault finding Outside section – Fridge Plants, Compressors, Maturation plants, Fans and general electrical and mechanical reticulations and pipe networking Underground machinery electrical and mechanical Update of electrical drawings Compliance with electrical standards Managing electrical distribution systems Budgeting and Safety compliance Capital Projects Managing a multi-diverse team (foremen, electricians, boilermakers, fitters, plumbers etc) Engaging with management, administrating, and presenting business plans and strategies Requirements: Grade 12 Electrical Trade Test Certificate GES Certificate N5 Certificate 10 years of experience in a supervisor role Experience in winders, trackless, and rail-bound equipment Benefits: Salary: R1.3Mil/yr – R1.5Mil/yr, salary negotiable Training&Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
