Job Description : Roles and Responsibility : Able to provide planning and reporting solutions to ensure clients reporting needs are aligned to their business requirements. Modelling and handling various types of SAP extractors in modelling like LIS, FI, COPA, Generic Write ABAP Code for BW extractors, Transformations and wherever applicable. Experience in preparation of Test Scripts, identifying positive and negative test cases for new functional change design, performing Unit Testing and System Integration Testing, and supporting UAT. Provide support for issue handling. Compose functional&technical design document where applicable. Provide post go-live support to troubleshoot issues in production environment. Ensures stabilization of the solution and continuous improvement. Must have experience working as AMS/BAU team member to diagnose issues to identify root cause and fix the same in these areas. Ability to work under a proper ITIL environment for AMS/BAU tasks (Incidents, Service Requests, Problems and Change Requests), minor and major Enhancements as individual contributor and/or team lead.
