Job Description: Our company is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator and a skilled Personal Assistant to join our team. The Office Administrator will ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations, including managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support. Requirements: Grade 12 education. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Proficient in Adobe Pro. Proficient in Afrikaans and English, both verbal and written. Customer service and administrative experience. Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Canva, and Mailchimp) preferred. Experience working in Pastel.
