Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.Your role and responsibilitiesProcessing of customer orders, outbounds, and invoicesChecking and attaching POD'sFollowing up and investigating outstanding customer payments, liaising with internal and external customersCreating new accounts and updating existing customer informationOrdering of demo equipment on asset register and SAPEnsuring correct VAT documentation for VAT clearingCompletion of all exports documentation for traded and service from getting weights and dimensions to ensuring customer receives the correct itemFollowing up with stores for delayed and incorrect deliveries and warranty ordersProviding information to auditors for orders, invoicing, and PODLiaising with internal and external customersEnsuring all spares are gv'd and suppliers paid timeouslyQualifications for the roleDiploma in relevant fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in SAPWorking experience on SAP, Aribia, Coupa and experience in exports and VAT regulations, order processingAnalyzing and problem solving, able to working within a team and on their own, communication and reading skillsFluency in English language is mandatoryPreference will be given to EE candidates More about usABB's Measurement & Analytics division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers.
