The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality recruitment services. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Training of Consultants is an integral part of this role.Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the Edenvale branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants and support staff.Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.Business Development:Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and expand the client base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.Client and Candidate Management:Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering quality recruitment services.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.Resolve any client or candidate issues promptly and professionally.Financial Management:Monitor branch budgets and financial performance.Control expenses and optimize cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's recruitment database.Implement and uphold high standards of quality and ethical practices.Qualifications:Relevant Qualification will be added bonusProven experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Placement Partner.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Comprehensive benefits package.Consultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
