We love bringing our young learners from around the world together through a common language and building global connections.________________________________________________________________________________________Position Summary:Teachers facilitate the development of the Life Skills and Academic Skills of the students’ by engaging the students in conversation and providing feedback that helps them develop their communicative skills.Key Responsibilities:Establishes a positive learning environment for all learners, ensuring that they feel supported in their learning and able to take risks with language.Creates lessons that are motivating and engaging with a focus on learning and progress.Provides feedback and support that encourages the learners to develop both their language skills and their learning autonomy.Completes all administrative duties in a timely manner.Works on the school team and the teaching team in a professional manner.Takes an active interest in self-development and creates and achieves development goals.Minimum Education Required:TEFL Certificate‘A’ Level Certificate in English / IB Certificate / TELT Certificate Valid ELT Permit Education Desired:CELTA, DELTA, M.A. in TESOL or LinguisticsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience studying or working abroadOrganisational Compliance:The job holder will be expected to operate in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct, and any local policies and operating procedures relating to academic, welfare and safeguarding matters.Employees are required to cooperate fully with all arrangements in place related to Health and Safety which include implementation and compliance with control measures resultant from risk assessments and engagement with, and completion of, any relevant Health and Safety training.Equality and Diversity:Equality and diversity are at the heart of everything we do.
