The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.The role includes the following responsibilities:ReconciliationsReviews unit (Holdings reconciliations) price recons and valuations recons.Assist the various stakeholders (internal and external) and perform actions and processes required to clear recon items to ensure that reconciliations are cleared timeously.Run daily recon process, weekly engagements with stakeholders to clear complex recon items and ensures by month end all recon items have been cleared to enable a smooth month end process.Often acts as a point of escalation and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure resolution.Could act as an expert resource on major projects or could be accountable for the delivery of projects within the division or BU. May act as a coach for Specialist staff (if required).Utilise problem solving skills to resolve complex queries.Quality AssuranceAdheres to service and quality standards.Performs quality checks on own work.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Personal EffectivenessAccepts and lives the company values.Individually accountable for others’ time, tasks and output quality.Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
