Responsibilities encompass day-to-day activity management, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a positive team working environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEffectively handle guest complaintsAssist with rostering, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, staff requests etc.Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period, adjusting the roster where necessaryEnsure beverage cost is maintained to budgetReport any shortages in equipment to the managerConduct staff training including induction, product knowledgeCounsel staff if not performing to the Outlet's standardsAttend and actively participate in necessary meetingsBe able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the ManagerDaily stock orderingFlexibility to work in all F&B areasDesired Experience & QualificationDegree or diploma in hospitality management or related field.Supervisory/managerial role in F&B department, preferably in a four-star hotel.Experience in rostering, staff scheduling, and managing staffing levels.Ability to manage beverage costs within budget.Conducting staff training, including induction and product knowledge.Capable of taking charge in the absence of the Manager, making decisions, and leading a team.Effective communication in meetings and with the team.Willingness to work in all F&B areas.Understanding of the food and beverage industry, trends, and best practices.Package & RemunerationR22500 HR Services, Recruitment & Selection These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
