BVNK is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role is responsible for conducting client research, preparing for and conducting client meetings, managing post-meeting activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Responsibilities Conduct client research and prepare for meetings, analyzing the business models, client corporate charts, and linked entities.Attend and participate in client meetings, gauge product interest, and pitch potential solutions and deals with clients.Manage post-meeting activities, including proposal and email summary compilation, internal process coordination, and opportunity tracking.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of jurisdictional requirements.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyzing client needs and researching industry trends.Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed, including relationship management, onboarding new entities or subsidiaries, and updating Salesforce records.Report on portfolio performance to management using Quicksight and Salesforce, tracking growth, churn, and other relevant metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to source required client information and develop strategy solutions when challenges arise.Participate in team strategy discussions, account delegation, and weekly planning, as well as ongoing training. Qualifications Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience with Salesforce and Quicksight preferred.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.A team player with a proactive approach to relationship management.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Experience in payments, fintech, high risk industry.
