Role Overview: The Director of Sales&Marketing will play a crucial role in expanding our brand’s footprint in target markets, enhancing our existing sales channels, and forging new sustainable revenue partnerships. Key Qualifications and Skills: Grade 12 + and relevant tertiary qualification; At least 6 years of international hospitality and luxury travel sales experience; Proficiency in sales and marketing processes, financial management and relevant legal legislation; A proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams; A passion for conservation and sustainable development; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; A willingness to travel frequently and work in a remote location and Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing technology, MS Office, and beneficial experience with ResRequest and Canva.
