This success has paved the way for them now to take on a Human Resources Manager who can bed down solid and strategic HR best practice methodology.Job Responsibilities:Talent Management:Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process.Manage employee onboarding, development, and training, including the organisational inductionprogram.Employee Experience:Ensure a seamless employee life cycle experience from onboarding to offboarding.Coordinate new hire onboarding, including welcoming, socialising, onboarding,documentation, workspace setup, and welcome gift packs.Manage exit processes for departing employees.Spearhead employee experience events and initiatives, taking ownership from concept toimplementation.Talent Development:Lead all learning initiatives.Enhance and manage the internship program.Develop and oversee all training programs.Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:Compile and disseminate relevant HR reports/dashboards with insights for management and seniorleadership.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and align HR talent initiatives withbusiness needs.Facilitate company employee communication platforms,Compliance and Policy Administration:Stay abreast of labour laws and HR regulations to ensure organisational compliance, includingworkplace health and safety.Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.Manage HR audits and compliance reporting, including accountability for governmental and legalrequirements such as the Employment Equity Act (EEA), Skills Development Act (SDA),Department of Labor and Employment, Labor Relations Act (LRA), and Basic Conditions ofEmployment Act (BCEA).Take ownership of the Skills and Equity pillars of the BBBEE.Submit all WSP & ATR reporting and facilitate and minute EE Committee meetings.Employee Records and Documentation:Maintain confidential employee files and documentation, including employee details, leave, trainingrecords, and disciplinary records.Administer employment verification requests and other HR-related inquiries.Compensation and Benefits Administration:Assist with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.Serve as an emergency stand-in for payroll and CCMA-related matters if other HR staff areunavailable.Other:Oversee the growth and development of talent within the human resources department.Work closely with the marketing department to promote the company as an employer of choice.Education and experienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent.At least 4 to 5 years of experience within the field.Sound labour relations and HR best practices experience.Knowledge in Labour Legislations (incl.
