When it comes to putting people first, we're number 1. The number 1 Top Employer in South Africa. Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024. Role Purpose/Business Unit: End-to-end account management of key business partners within the FTTX Sales ChannelsKey point of contact, liaising between Vodacom SA and the relevant Sales Channels nationally and regionally based.Utilise various Sales channels to re-sell the FTTH packages to the end consumer. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships, with a particular focus on customer acquisition, customer retention and base growth. Track revenue on existing business/ customer base and provide input into revenue growth processes; upholding the improvement of customer satisfaction levels with a view to the same. Ensure that there is continuous engagement with Sales Channels, to ensure that Vodacom’s FTTX sales targets are achieved.Create and fulfill the regional FTTH marketing strategy in the regions, by utilizing the regional GTM teamsYour responsibilities will include: Revenue Growth, Sales Planning and ExecutionDevelop strategies and implement sales plans for respective channels aligned to the business strategy.Develop and implement plans to increase net sales revenue across FTTX Sales Channels.Focused sales execution strategies and implementation plans at cohort level.Forecasting of performance to achieve targets based on actuals.Retention, base management and growth of revenue targets by increasing FTTX sales via the relevant sales channels.Provide insights and analysis of consumer behaviour/ adoption/ experience that enables product development and targeted solution selling.Channel Partner ManagementIdentify and propose new channel partnersManage and support existing channel partners;Oversight of channel partner operations to ensure business models are profitable and in accordance with Vodacom standards and Governance;Assist with product knowledge and developing the business acumen of Channel Partner;Reporting and FeedbackMonitor and track performance against the set targets for the relevant FTTX Sales Channels.Accurate reporting and feedback of performance against targets.Deliver sales presentations and proposals to senior leadershipStakeholder and Relationship Management and Customer ServiceBuild strong relationships through proactive interaction with customers at all levels.Create a great customer experience with all customer interactions.Plans and develops relationships with Sales Channels nationally and supports the relevant FTTX Sales Channel and onboardings, in order to enable the relevant FTTX Sales Channels.Foster a close working relationship with the Fibre Value chain i.e. Delivery, Product, Process and systems and Call centres.Managing suppliers for ongoing maintenance as well as customer experience for Fibre. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Relevant 3 year Degree or National Diploma in Business management or Marketing or related (essential) andA minimum 5 to 8 years relevant experience essential in:Carrier Wholesale or Enterprise networks focussed on Fixed Networks or Broadband essentialConsumer sales experience essentialRetail experienceSales account management essentialICT Sales experience essentialFTTX portfolio (advantageous)Knowledge and Skills:Strong knowledge of the ICT and Telecommunications competitor landscape, more especially in the FTTX portfolioTariffs, Pricing and Propositions Negotiations skills, Sales skillsAnalysis skillsInsight development skillsBusiness and financial acumen Presentation skillsForecasting and planning skills Relationship and stakeholder management skillsWe make an impact by offering:Enticing incentive programs and competitive benefit packagesRetirement funds, risk benefits, and medical aid benefitsCell phone and data benefits, advantages fiber connection discounts, and exclusive staff discounts offered in collaboration with partner companiesClosing date for Applications: 17 May 2024.The base location for this role is Cape Town, Century City.The company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
