Key Responsibilities:Proactively engage with customers via outbound calls.Understand each customer's unique context and tailor discussions to address their specific needs and concerns.Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the benefits of the company, addressing any questions or uncertainties they may have.Maintain a strong focus on converting customers to the next stage in the loan application process while providing a positive and memorable customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the customer journey.Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant systems with accurate information.Requirements: 3+ years experience in a Sales Contact Centre environment (preferably in the financial service and banking industry)Excellent communication verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.Grade 12 required.
