ENERGY ● ELECTRICITY GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR: CONTRACTS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1174257 PER ANNUM ●REFNO:NRG43/24 Requirements: BTech or B degree in Industrial Engineering or Project Management At least eight (8) years’ relevant experience in the asset management environment focusing on contract management, project management and tender administrative duties Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio Code EB driver’s licence. Key performance areas: Manage, supervise and/or coordinate all activities related to tenders and contracts Manage the performance of contracts including evaluation of vendors’ service delivery and compliance with conditions of contracts, and investigate and report on potential Infrastructure Support Services business improvements Coordinate and facilitate working groups on issues related to contract management, performance monitoring, tender and RFQs, strategy and policy implementations Prepare capital and operating estimates and the control expenditure against approved budget allocations Supervise and coordinate the work of more junior staff and other professionals within the Infrastructure Support Services Logistics support division.
