Supporting Corporate governance and refining policies.Salary NegotiableResponsibilities: Develop and implement a compliance process in line with generally accepted compliance practice.Implement a compliance monitoring programme to identify and improve areas of compliance weakness.Design and implement a regulatory universe and monitor and update when required.Ensure that regulatory compliance in the Group gets the necessary attention it needs.Develop a Group compliance framework which aligns to the Group risk management framework.Design and lead a strong compliance culture in the business by effectively communicating to relevant stakeholders.Min RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law5+ years’ experience in a legal and compliance role within a medium to large multinational firm.
