Role Overview: The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in refining and enhancing current and future sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for new business opportunities and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of business development activities.Minimum Requirements:Relevant qualifications in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.Matric certificate.At least 3 years of solid experience in Business Development and best practices within the sales environment.Experience in the services industry, preferably within the cleaning and hygiene sector.Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
