Overview: Join Exodus Adventure Travel as a Data Analyst focused on Customer Experience. In this role, you will support the Customer Experience Director and the wider management team by providing regular reports and insights into all aspects of customer experience. Your work will help drive improvements in our services, products, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Data Management and Analysis: Act as the product owner for Qualtrics XM, our primary tool for customer insights, this includes regular customer interactions throughout our customer journey to gain insights for our business. Utilise secondary data sources such as telephony reports, CRM data, third-party and internal web review platforms, and various business trackers and spreadsheets to gather comprehensive insights. Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain a schedule for reactive, monthly, and quarterly meetings to present findings and recommendations. Prepare detailed presentations and reports in collaboration with team leaders and the Customer Experience Director. Log and monitor all agreed actions, ensuring follow-up and implementation. Compile ad-hoc data packs to address specific issues as they arise. Support projects that require data analytics expertise. Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in managing software platforms, particularly Qualtrics. Strong abilities in data validation and extracting meaningful insights. Expertise in preparing engaging and informative presentations for team engagement. Highly inquisitive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to challenge assumptions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Desired Attributes: A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple data sources and reporting schedules effectively.
