They are currently seeking a Senior Product&Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for the successful implementation of client workflows. This includes conducting detailed workflow analysis, training, and implementation. Additionally, this role aims to provide holistic customer champion services to clients, focusing on channelling day-to-day support queries; strategic workflow advisory; system champion tasks (staging of development and implementation work) as well as pinpointing reporting and BI requirements of the client.
