Hardware Operations Manager, East London 2024-08-13 - 2024-09-12 Permanent EL002815 Retail We are seeking a Hardware Operations Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Operations Management with digital marketing experience Proven work experience as Ops Manager – hardware environment 3+ years experience with hardware and familiar with business&financial principles Excellent communication&organizational skills MS Office literacy and valid driver’s license; willing to travel to branches on an adhoc basis Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm&Saturdays 8am-2pm The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operations management systems, processes&best practices Purchase materials, plan inventory&oversee warehouse efficiency Ensure processes are legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Marketing and manage budgets / forecasts Examine financial data and improve profitability Manage budgets / forecasts Perform quality controls&monitor production KPI’s Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
