Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in relevant built-environment and a relevant post graduate degree at Masters level or accreditation as a professional civil or structural engineer, architect, or quantity surveyorUnderstanding of public sector infrastructure programme management frameworksProfessional certification in project management or supply chain management would be anadded advantage10+ years working experience in the built environment of which at least 5 years must be in a senior management or portfolio management roleExperience in managing the planning, procurement, delivery, and monitoring of infrastructure construction is a mustExperience in the implementation of the National Treasury Standard for Infrastructure Procurement and Delivery Management (SIPDM) would be an added advantageThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Overseeing and directing, sourcing, planning and rollout of infrastructure programmesBusiness development, infrastructure programme delivery management systems, infrastructure development planningInfrastructure programmes execution and monitoringClient and stakeholder relations managementContract managementOverseeing revenue collection for services renderedFunding of the development mandate of the corporationPursuit of external funding or infrastructure development from local, national and international sourcesSalary: Market related
