Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: A B. Degree in commerce, build environment, property management or relevant field and a relevant post graduate degree at masters level or professional accreditations such as Pr. Eng, CA (SA) or equivalent10+ years working experience in an environment that provides adequate exposure to property management, leasehold, or facilities management with at least five (5) years at senior management level.A deep understanding of property management dynamics, project management, structured finance and property development experience would be an added advantageThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Overseeing and directing the management of the corporations property portfolio residential, commercial and industrialInvestment asset management, leasehold management, and facilities managementInstitute systems to safeguard and optimize the utilization of the portfolioPursue private sector joint venture partnershipsPioneer a systematic facilities maintenance culture relating to maintenanceSpearhead maintenance related financial resources and ensured effective and efficient procurement arrangementsOversee management of faculties related aspectsProvide overall strategic leadership and management of resources within the unitSalary: Market related
