Job Title: Sales Consultant Location: East London Industry: Packaging RPO Recruitment's client, in the packaging industry, are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join their team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our packaging products in the region, managing a portfolio of existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in the East London area Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, continuously improving product knowledge Requirements: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the packaging industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
