The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years recruitment experience in the legal field.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.Liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and effective collaboration.Conduct initial screening of candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews.Assist with onboarding processes, including the preparation of offer letters and coordination of background checks.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
