Position Overview:We are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong expertise in Excel and experience with financial software. The ideal candidate will have completed SAIPA or SAICA professional qualifications, which will be advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Financial Software Management: Utilize Sage Evolution, Xero, and Credit Ease for financial operations and reporting.Data Capturing: Accurate and timely data capturing for various financial transactions.Monthly Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations including banks, fixed assets, funding, payroll journals, prepayments, and accruals.Supplier Reconciliations: Capture and reconcile supplier information at month end.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making.Requirements:Completed SAIPA or SAICA qualifications.Exceptional Excel skills.Proficiency in Sage Evolution, Xero.Strong reconciliation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to visit the Johannesburg office as needed.Personal Attributes:Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Benefits:Hybrid working arrangement.Opportunities for professional growth and development.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
