Hotel Manager required for a hotel based in East London Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, including revenue management, expense control, and profitability analysis. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel and maximize occupancy rates. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for safety, hygiene, and guest accommodations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of local hospitality market trends and competition is desirable. Certification in hotel management or hospitality industry accreditation is a plus.
