Property Management Administrator – Ilford, IG2 A fantastic opportunity for an Property Management Administrator has just come available. Our client based in Ilford, IG2 are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Property Management Administrator to join their friendly and busy team.The successful candidate will form part of a team managing a portfolio for several key clients. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Property compliance Property licencing Overseeing Gas safety, EICR and EPC inspections are carried out within specified dates. Property Inspections Arranging appointments with tenants Carrying out routine internal inspections of properties. General Maintenance Dealing with day to day maintenance queries Arranging contractors to carry out works Maintain office tidiness and presentation The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Proven track record in Property Management Administration Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. This is an extremely busy role and needs someone who is highly motivated, passionate about property and capable when working under pressure with the ability to multi-task without compromising on the quality of work or level of service. Would need to drive (automatic licence is fine) a car is provided to use for inspections. It would be a full time role, however we could be flexible on hours for the right person.
