Liverpool Street) who are looking for a Senior Support Engineer.Main Duties of the RoleProviding support to clients on hosted and on premise IT systemsTroubleshooting, finding faults, resolving issues and monitoring alertsManaging tickets in line with SLA’sCarrying out maintenance on desktops, servers & network devicesUpdating documentation when requiredVisiting customer side to provide onsite supportYour Skills and ExperienceExperience within a similar position, ideally within a MSPVast troubleshooting experience and solving IT incidentsExcellent networking knowledgeSolid experience in: Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V and Office 365PowerShell scripting skillsGood understanding of backups (such as Veeam)Competent in Windows and Linux environmentsFortinet experience is desirableExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalGood understanding of ITILSalary£42,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
