Technical Support Officer needed in East London.The hourly rate is £18.52ph PAYEThis is a temporary roleThe reference number is: RQ1261854The successful candidate will provide a variety of administrative support for the Resident Safety Team: managing diaries, drafting letters and responding to enquiries, monitoring compliance, writing reports, project support and uploading documentation to a compliance database.They will need someone with an excellent approach to customer service. Someone who can build solid working relationships with a variety of people. You will be liaising directly with residents and others, mostly over the phone but also working face to face.
