One of our partner schools in Bexley is looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to join their Inclusion Support Team. The role is to support mainly KS3 students who display challenging behaviour. There will be some KS4 students, but not many. Mainstream Secondary School Immediate Start Bexley, East London Excellent Training and Development Friendly Environment About the Behaviour Mentor Role In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be working across the school and in the school’s inclusion unit, supporting students who display challenging behaviour. You will build rapport with the students, getting to know what triggers their behaviours and helping them get past these problems to allow them to be educated in the mainstream classroom. Support will be offered by your friendly co-workers and the excellent Director of SEN. About the School This is an outstanding secondary school that has for a long time been a shining light in the borough of Bexley&Dagenham.
