Executive Manager : Infrastructure Planning&Development, 5 year contract, East London 2024-06-03 - 2024-07-03 Contractor EL002750 Business&Management We are seeking an Executive Manager : Infrastructure Planning&Development for a 5-year contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in relevant built-environment and a relevant post graduate degree at Master’s level or accreditation as a professional civil or structural engineer, architect, or quantity surveyor Understanding of public sector infrastructure programme management frameworks Professional certification in project management or supply chain management would be an added advantage 10+ years working experience in the built environment of which at least 5 years must be in a senior management or portfolio management role Experience in managing the planning, procurement, delivery, and monitoring of infrastructure construction is a must Experience in the implementation of the National Treasury Standard for Infrastructure Procurement and Delivery Management (SIPDM) would be an added advantage The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Overseeing and directing, sourcing, planning and rollout of infrastructure programmes Business development, infrastructure programme delivery management systems, infrastructure development planning Infrastructure programmes execution and monitoring Client and stakeholder relations management Contract management Overseeing revenue collection for services rendered Funding of the development mandate of the corporation Pursuit of external funding or infrastructure development from local, national and international sources Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to glynisb@sheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful #J-18808-Ljbffr
