A team player Responsibilities: Inputting of accurate information into electronic platforms (PowerBI, Entecom) Conducting analysis (chemical and microbiological analysis as per SOPS Calibration of instruments when on duty Conduct tasks as required by QAC to ensure compliance with BRC standards Junior Analyst must ensure that his/her workspace is kept neat and tidy in accordance with the 5S principles Performing routine microbiological testing (Yeasts&Moulds, TPC, Coliforms and TAB) on product and CIP water. Assisting with environmental monitoring. Performing advanced testing using NIR spectrometry, HPLC and UV/VIS spectrophotometry (Chlorophyll, lactic acid and ethanol).
