We are seeking a Maintenance Millwright for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape National beverage manufacturing company is seeking a skilled artisan to join their maintenance team. Previous experience in bottling industry ESSENTIAL: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with NQF Level 4 and relevant trade test essential (Millwright)Electrical qualifications beneficial5+ years’ experience (operational execution) maintenance in FMCG, as well as bottling equipmentMS Office and Email literatePrevious FMCG / bottling industry experience ESSENTIALShift Management The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Mechanical Maintenance – mechanical breakdown repairs; assess & replace components; preventative maintenance; cooling – keep performance log; municipal water supply filtration monitoring as well as water pumps & valve maintenance; monitoring performance of compressed air supply; assist with daily start up and shut down of essential production machinery; size changes on production lines; implement/oversee preventative maintenance programme; emergency breakdown repairs; control maintenance store and company toolsElectrical maintenance – test/modify operational electrical machinery / equipment / circuitry; assemble/test devices; diagnose malfunctions & failures; develop wiring diagrams; general plant & system maintenanceOperational support – problem solving; guidance/advice to teams; knowledge transfer; planned maintenanceSHE standards – adhere to SHE policies and procedures; ensure high hygiene levels are maintained; implement first aid policy; attend training and enforce learningsSalary: R550 000.00 – R570 000.00 per annumPlease email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to (email protected) with “FMCG Millwright” in the subject lineIf you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful#J-18808-Ljbffr
