Job Overview:Is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Additionally, you will manage time and attendance systems to track employee work hours and leave, providing essential data for payroll calculation and reporting.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12/ Matric2 + years’ experience in cost and management accounting role, preferably in manufacturing environmentProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferredStrong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirementMain Responsibilities:Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents for accuracy and completenessProcess wages, salaries, deductions, and overtime paymentsProcess payroll transactions accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with payroll regulationsAddress any payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptlyOversee the timekeeping systemTrain employees on how to use time and attendance systems effectivelyMonitor attendance patterns and identify any trends or issues that may ariseGenerate payroll reports for management review and analysisPrepare reports on labour costs, overtime expenses, and other relevant metricsConduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulationsServe as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and timekeeping inquiriesStay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
