WAREHOUSE FLEET MANAGER / EAST LONDON – The successful Candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating all operations within the Warehouse including fleet Management; Must have a Valid Drivers license and own vehicle.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12At least 5 years management and supervisory experience - MUST have a strong ability to Coach, Train, Manage and Discipline StaffStrong admin/Inventory Supervisory experienceManagement experience within FMCG / Retail / Wholesale environmentHighly proficient in MS Office/excel/outlookClear criminal and credit recordForklift License - advantageousResponsibilities:Fleet/Equipment/Fuel Management - equipment is regularly serviced; ensure licenses are current; ensure drivers have valid documents; obtain quotes; monitor fuel usage; implement least cost routingAsset ManagementService DeliveryStock ManagementBudget ManagementHousekeepingReportingHR/Staff Management – Training; coaching; performance management; disciplinaries; staff schedulingFinance Administration – ensure invoices are authorized; process supplier invoices etc.Salary: Market related (depending on experience and qualifications)Application Process: Online applications will receive preference, ensure you upload a head and shoulder photo, alternatively e-mail CV, recent head and shoulder photo and most recent payslip to solutions@workafrica.co.za, ensure you use the Job Title “WAREHOUSE FLEET MANAGER” as a reference in the subject field.
