Position: Trade Supervisor Pay Rate: £20 per hour Location: East London Type: Temp to perm roleWe are currently seeking to employ an experienced Trade Supervisor to help with reactive maintenance and voids.You will be working for a housing association based in East London covering work within domestic properties.Trade Supervisor Key Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise teams and individuals in various maintenance and void projects.Ensure high-quality workmanship in fitting kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-rooms.Perform associated tasks in carpentry, domestic plumbing, and tiling.Diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively.Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients.Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.Essential Requirements of a Trade Supervisor:Minimum of 5 years' experience in the general building trades.Qualified and experienced in fitting kitchens, bathrooms, and wet-rooms.Skilled in carpentry, domestic plumbing, and tiling.Previous experience in supervising teams and individuals.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills and ability to use own initiative.Valid CSCS card.Full UK driving license.SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.All site workers will be required to undergo a DBS check.Please contact Ossai Newton for more information on 01772 208 967 or email your CV to ossai.newton@servicecare.org.uk#J-18808-Ljbffr
