Overview; An established and growing fast-food company, is looking for a highly-motivated and self-structured individual to join their team as an Area Coach/Supervisor. A key aspect for success in this role is being passionate for developing and engaging with managers and staff. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 / Matric 5+ years experience in a similar role / industry Business-related tertiary qualification Own vehicle, with a valid driver's license Proven track record in managing staff well Able to travel extensively Responsibilities: Ensuring that the area adheres to the brand standards as well as the standard Operating Procedures inherent to the restaurant business model Grow the area and company from a people, market share and profit perspective. Increase sales through both organic growth and new site development Increase transaction and ticket count Identify and interpret problem areas in the business and put plans to rectify these Be able to respond to crisis situations and react to this by solving any related problems Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and any other related legislation Identify and interpret problems within an area and ut plans in place to rectify them Assist restaurant managers in determining their needs, and plan implementation strategies for achieving their goals and development Scan the area to identify emerging trends that will affect the organisation Skills / Competencies: Analytical Confident and assertive Good communicator (verbal and written) Team player Proactive Organised People positive #J-18808-Ljbffr
